Visa Application
If you need a visa, apply online via the official e-visa website.
We recommend applying for a C11 visa (single-entry visit visa for conferences and seminars). Documents required for the visa application are listed below:
- Passport valid for at least 6 months before it expires
- Personal bank statement with a minimum amount of USD 2000 or equivalent for the last 3 months
- Recent color photograph
- Proof of guarantee from the guarantor
- Letter of invitation from ICA 2025’s organizer
This visa typically takes 5-10 working days to process from the date of application submission.

Information for VoA Holders
Near the ICA 2025 venue, the points of entry for VoA holders are:
- Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Banten
- Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport, DKI Jakarta
- Kertajati International Airport, West Java
- I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, Bali
At the immigration checkpoint, you need to present the following documents:
- Passport valid for at least 6 months before it expires
- Copy of a return or connecting ticket
- Proof of VoA payment
